When accessing the Website, the Company will learn certain information about you, both automatically and through voluntary actions you may take, during your visit. This policy applies to information we collect on the Website and in email, text, or other electronic messages between you and the Website.

Scope: This Notice covers personal information collected via our website, email exchanges, coaching inquiries, discovery calls, events, and (when launched) our Kajabi course portal. It does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. Services provides executive coaching, mentoring, training, and leadership services through our website and related offerings.

Personal Information: Name, email address, and phone number when voluntarily provided (e.g., signing up for a free guide, survey’s, or contact request).

Service/Transactional: bookings, invoices, payments (processed by Stripe/PayPal).

Communications: messages you send and our replies (e.g., email, 1:1 text from our business phone).

Usage Data: Automatic collection of technical details such as browser type, IP address, and pages visited is used only to improve user experience and website functionality.

  • Privacy Controls: No sale of your data. We commit to data minimization, collecting only what’s necessary.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your data. If a breach ever poses a risk, we’ll notify you and applicable authorities as required (e.g., Texas AG within 30 days if 250+ Texans affected).

Our services are for adults, and not directed toward minors. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.
